It is a short, fast-paced film that delivers an overview of the current situation. It brings visuals of the city and its inhabitants, with atmospheric music and spoken quotations from my captured audio recordings. It is designed to engage the viewer, and allow them to observe, listen and feel what is going on in the city in an effortless and engaging way.
The victims and law-and-order aurally illustrate the current situation. This is reinforced with the use of kinetic typography to simulate the spoken quotations, bridging the audio to the visuals and cohering in sync within the cities urban space.
